What is Qi-Gong (Chi-Kung)?

Qi-Gong movements are energy enhancement cultivation exercises developed over 5,000 years ago. These profound yet, simple methods for increasing energy, longevity and vitality; achieving & maintaining optimal health & our own inner light and peace, will make a believer out of anybody.

These ancient power tools have become modern staples in the west that are for self-improvement and are safe and gentle proven approaches to treating dis-ease. It strengthens the adrenals and Kidney (source energy).

Qi-Gong is an integration of physical postures, breathing techniques and focused attention.

Spiritually, our frequency is raised, Chakra's aligned, and cosmic divine energy is balanced. We learn to master our inner and outer being so we can shine from our heart's desires (the smile within). TAOIST MEDICAL QI-GONG SESSIONS NOW OFFERED

Through Daoist channels we will work on a one-to-one basis to align the internal aspect (meridians/chakra’s/crystal cords) as well as the outer aspect which are the ancient movements. These movements we work with align the spine and the core body. This has helped many who have dis-ease and we assist them to flow back to ease with ease. Example of some of the movements are The Taoist Eight Treasures.

The Taoist Eight Treasures is a unique style of exercises which has been preserved through a long line of Taoist physicians. They are exercises or practices to enhance energy or Qi have been done by the Taoist Masters throughout the ages. The Eight Treasures are simple, yet profound movements, combining toning and strengthening movements, stretching and specific breathing techniques. They have been proven to be effective in stimulating the natural healing response within our bodies and help to combat stress.

The following is a simple Qigong practice that are but one of many exclusive methods we will teach for health and healing.

Sit comfortably with your feet shoulder-width apart and breath deeply and slowly. Visualize a part of your body warming up each time you inhale. Start from the bottom of your feet and slowly work your way up to the top of your head. Then work your way down to your abdomen. You will feel awake and energized.
